Drama Ministers Fasting and Prayer Day 25: Obeying His Illogical commands

DRAMA MINISTERS YEAR OF OVERFLOWING EXPANSIONS
“OBEYING HIS ILLOGICAL COMMANDS”
Luke 5:4-7, 11 NKJV
[4] When He had stopped speaking, He said to Simon, “Launch out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch.”
[5] But Simon answered and said to Him, “Master, we have toiled all night and caught nothing; nevertheless at Your word I will let down the net.”
[6] And when they had done this, they caught a great number of fish, and their net was breaking.
[7] So they signaled to their partners in the other boat to come and help them. And they came and filled both the boats, so that they began to sink.

Israelites got to the bank of the Red Sea, they got frightened when they saw the host of Egypt coming behind them. Moses cried unto God, God told him to tell Israelites to GO FORWARD….into the sea? That instruction was not logical, but when Moses did exactly what the Lord told him to do, there was an expressway across the mighty sea which took the Israelites a whole of the night to cross.
When they got to the Wall of Jericho, and they were to pass through it towards their land of possessions, the Lord told them to walk round the wall once a day and come back into their tents and do this for six days, while on the seventh day, they would walk round it seven times, before shouting aloud for the wall to break down and crumble. That instruction was so illogical for people who wanted to move forward towards their destination… But when they obeyed the “foolish” instruction, the Lord God came down to play His own role and broke down the walls Himself.
There was famine in the land. A widow had exhausted all her meals except a small handful of flour and few drops of oil to make her last meal for her and her son and eat the last meal and die, because there was no food in the land.
Then, Elijah came to the woman and said, she should prepare meal for him from the handful of flour, because God said her barrel of flour shall not be empty and her cruse of oil shall not dry. It was an illogical demand from the woman, except she had believed the Lord God. She obeyed the Lord, and the Lord came down to play His role in supplying her needs through out the famine time.
Now, Professional Fisherman Peter had laboured all night to catch a fish but had failed. No fish had come into the net till morning they became frustrated and lost hope. They began to wash their net. Then, Jesus came and told Peter to cast the net when he had cast it in the night and caught nothing. He told Jesus it was useless doing that, but at His word, he would do so. HE CAST DOWN HIS NET AND ENCLOSED A HUGE NUMBER OF FISHES.
They filled their boat with fishes and their boat was sinking. They had to call on the second boat to come and share in their blessing, that one also was full and began to sink. AN EMPTY BOAT BECAME FULL. A NEEDY BOAT BECAME A SOURCE OF BLESSING TO ANOTHER BOAT.
That is how to enter KEY into the Covenant of Overflowing Expansions: Obeying ridiculous instructions of God. Following Him even if you do not know where He is going. Blind Faith. Raw trust. Absolute dependence on the Lord, even when what He told you to do or the promise He gives look so illogical.
Never reason with Him, never argue with Him. Just do what He says if you want to Advance and move in His directions Forcefully.
What has He told you to do that you have not done? You may find it hard to experience the Expansions He promised this year.
. However, I encourage you to understand that the major secret of experiencing the Expansions on all sides is, by LISTENING TO GOD’S INSTRUCTIONS AND OBEYING WHATEVER HE TELLS YOU TO DO, either it is logical or unreasonable.
IF YOU DONT LEARN TO OBEY HIS RIDICULOUS COMMANDS, DON’T EXPECT TO EXPERIENCE HIS RIDICULOUS MIRACLES.
As you move forward obeying His instructions, He will bring you to the position of relevance and fulfilment.
May the Lord help me to follow Him in blind faith.
May He help me to obey whatever He says either Logical or Illogical, Reasonable or Unreasonable for me to see His GLORIOUS wonders in life.
