Movie Review: Dark Moment Season 2 Episode 1, Produced by Converter Adeyemo

The “Dark Moment” series entered its second season on June 25, 2023. It began with a jump in time that presented a pleasant twist from the end of the first season. God performed a miracle in Ore’s life, to the utter delight of her husband. It was however sad to hear that Nike had passed, following her slump from the end of Season 1.
The main saga this new season seems to portray is the tussle for the position of the G.O. In this regard, it was great to see veteran Evangelist Wole Olaleye and Pastor Tolu Adegbo enter the fray as two pastors eyeing the post. It’s sometimes a shock the kind of things that go on among believers. If only we would all just do what Jesus would… A juxtaposed scene of these two ‘contestants’ was a brilliant meaningful editing choice.
Season 2 also looks set to treat a potential issue in Moyo’s and Ore’s marriage. Despite the blessing God has surprised them with, unforgiveness may yet prove a stumbling block. And how often do believers let the devil steal their blessings due to this. Jesus never said it would be easy but He did give us an undeniably compelling reason to do so – if Christ has forgiven us, we ought to forgive those who hurt you too.
Conclusively, my submission is that we’ll see how the first season dovetail into second season. The next episode comes out on July 1, 2023, on Converter Movie Production YouTube channel.
