Freegift Int’l to release 2 movies on Independence, “I love Naija,” Nation Builder”

Two timely movies on Independence titled “I love Naija” and “Nation Builder” has been produced by Freegift Int’l and set for release this week.

I love Naija (https://youtu.be/l2c4CR-kcdo) and Nation Builder (https://youtu.be/wPa9JaYHtUM) will be released almost simultaneously in an independence special with themes revolving around love for country and nation building. The films which were both directed by Ayotunde Yoloye will be released on 1st and 2nd October 2020 respectively.

The two movies are part of the series named SCRIPTURES IN PICTURES showing on Freegift Int’l Tv.

Scriptures in Pictures is a new short film series produced by Free Gift International Film and Theatre Ministry. Each episode is a short film of between 12 – 25 minutes in duration which deals with an issue of social relevance and throws light on God’s perspective on the matter. In this day and age when value systems are being eroded, societal norms and behaviour are taking a wrong trajectory, never before has there been such a great need by society for clear scriptural guidance, instructions and boundaries. People are hungry for the truth and Scriptures in Pictures provides it to them through short inspirational stories that help renew the mind and change mindsets.

The Series started running on Friday 21st August 2020 and a new episode is released fortnightly on Fridays on the Free Gift International YouTube Channel – FREEGIFT TV (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCCTL5NpsCitbSsBxJSK_5Jg). Episodes released so far include Choose Life (https://youtu.be/P-EsfrLefMU), A Future and a Hope (https://youtu.be/dxeXvOSU5zE) and The Covenant (https://youtu.be/P8f2HVHIwzM).

Scriptures in Pictures is really a breath of fresh air in the gospel movie space as it is not just an interesting watch but also a valuable tool that can be used either as a stand-alone message for outreaches or in place of sermons, a precursor for bible studies or group discussions and a tool for advocacy and community mobilization. The short duration of the films make them easy to fit in as part of the content for wider programmes.

Scriptures in Pictures deal with everyday issues to which it provides truthful insights that help renew the minds of viewers. With a strong focus on biblical principles, character and values the stories told are appropriate for people of all ages and loaded with the word of God which has the power to transform lives.
