ANCEDRAM president sends Eastertide message to members

As members of All Nigeria Conference of Evangelical Drama Ministers, ANCEDRAM joined millions of Christians across the globe to celebrate easter, the president of the association, Barrister Kayode Ojinnaka has sent his wishes and encouragement to members.
He reiterated that “as members of the drama Army we shouldn’t lose focus of the Reason for the season which is captured on the scripture: John 3:16. For God so loved the world that He GAVE His only begotten son…”
“When you love, you give! The quantum of your gift resonates the quality of your love! Christ loved the church & died for her. (Eph.6). If we claim to love God, what are we ready to give Him, give up for Him & to Give away for Him? If we love the drama Ministry, are we ready to make sacrifices?”
Speaking with Gospel Film News yesterday, Ojinnaka disclosed that the national congress which will start on thursday is loaded with special features including premier of ABEJOYE as well as other movies produced between April, 2017 & April, 2018; Quality Bible study to be handled by Pastor Lekan Asikhia; Conference lecture by Daddy Mike Bamiloye;
Workshops on directing to be handled by no less a person than the vintage KSO, Script writing by Dr. Busayo Asikhia, Practical session on short films by John Oguntuase;
Seminars on marriage, Entrepreneurship, using the social media as a medium of spreading the word through drama; ELECTIONS; interactions and Networkings.
In a related development, the national publicity director, Finest Uwaoma told our correspondent that “this year’s congress is very unique because we are embarking on massive technical training of drama ministers. The president doesn’t just want seminar but intensive result orientated workshops.”
“We are coming with cameras and other equipment to make sure delegates will have a hand-on-desk experience of every workshop. Remember, the north east is still fertile to harvest. So, we are not leaving any stone unturned in training young Ministers. From scripting, directing, acting, editing etc. The conference is very loaded,” he added.
