The veteran film actor and director, Evangelist Kolade Segun-Okeowo, KSO has called on Christians to ensure they participate in politics by voting.
Gospel Film News publisher who was live in the radio studio disclosed that Segun-Okeowo made this known today while speaking on a radio programme at Crown FM in Ile-Ife, Osun State.
KSO disclosed that Christians need to be involved in politics because government determines a larger percentage of human life. He explained that until government says an individual is born by giving a birth certificate, such is not born and until government declares an individual is dead by issuing a death certificate, such is not dead.

The film maker further stated that if government has so much impact why will Christians who are part of the citizenry not get involved in the process.
He stressed that Nigerians, especially Christians should ensure they get their Permanent Voter’s Card, PVC and ensure they go out to vote.
The evangelist further said gone are the days when Christians shy away from politics because of the belief that politics is a ‘dirty game’, noting that things have changed.
He revealed that politics is a dirty game because of the people directly involved in it, adding that if the right people get directly involved it will no longer be a dirty game as people proclaim.
KSO also reiterated that INEC don’t count prayer points but votes.
He further called on the people of Osun to endeavour they participate in the forthcoming election and ensure they vote the right candidate.
From his part,  a caller, Debo Owojori thanked the presenter, Evangelist Wole Olaleye and KSO for coming to enlighten believers in Osun state, noting that no one can make real changes until he or she is part of politics.
