The famous gospel film maker and drama evangelist, Mike Bamiloye has declared that there are many Christian movies that could render the best of Nollywood movies into a child’s play.
Bamiloye who made the statement yesterday on facebook in a post he titled ‘LAND OF FURY: – THE MOVIE THAT GOT ME FROZEN IN THE SEAT’ said he watched the movie at its first premier and could not explain his experience on seat.
“The Friday September 7th, Drama Ministers Power Night, was where we watched One of the Best Christian Movies ever premiered yet. You watched a movie and your spirit is about to explode,” he said.
“You watched a movie and you don’t even know what to do again, either to jump up and be praying or singing or just sit and be looking. It was mind-blowing,” Bamiloye added.
The film maker confessed that he was shivering and confused when watching the movie.
“I WATCHED ‘LAND OF FURY’ AND AT A STAGE, I WAS SHIVERING. I didn’t know if I was feeling cold from within or I was freezing from outside. I could not describe my experience,” he noted.
“It surprised everyone when my wife (Mummy Gloria) and I said before the people that we were also watching the movie for the first time like every other person. We were not with the boys when they went to shoot the movie in Birni-Kebbi with the NCCF, and we did not watch the movie after editing. We all got shocked at the Premiere at Power Night,” he disclosed.
The Mount Zion president further emphasized that anyone who thinks no Christian film can’t beat Nollywood film should go and watch the film, ‘Land of Fury’.
“Is anyone still Doubting that we have many Christian movies that could render the best of Nollywood movies into a child play? Let him go and Watch LAND OF FURY. IT RENDERS THE BEST OF NOLLYWOOD FILM YET, TO A PUPPET SHOW,” he concluded.
