Universities of Lagos, Ibadan To Play Host to Mount Zion ‘Darkness Night’

Two Prestigious Universities namely University of Lagos and University of Ibadan will be playing host to ‘Darkest Night’, a theatrical production of Zion Royal Theatre of the Mount Zion Institute of Christian Drama in May, according to a statement released today by the Institute Director.

Recall that the play was staged earlier this year at Redeemers University Ede and Obafemi Awolowo University respectively which was accompanied with testimonies of salvation, healing and deliverance.

Mike Bamiloye, the Director of Mount Zion Institute of Christian Drama released a statement sighted by Gospel Film News earlier today.

He said the theatrical production which was directed by Festus Dairo is an eschatological portrayal of present and future events around the believers in Jesus Christ.

It is about who the Lord Jesus Christ is to you.

According to Bamiloye, the production will be presented alongside a live performance of ‘Night of Ijalo’ a contemporary Adaptation of a Biblical Parable.

He added that the production will be presented in University of Lagos on May 5th and 6th while University of Ibadan will play host on May 8th and 9th.
