TRECOM Announces Melita Challenge Winners, Presents Cash Prize

The Reconciliation Ministries, TRECOM has announced winners of the Melita challenge and presented cash prize to each of them, Gospel Film News can authoritatively confirm.

 

Cash prizes were presented to the winners at Aderounmu movie location Thursday 7^th September, 2023. The prizes were presented by the Evang. Funmi Kola Okeowo to each winner alongside the judges.

 

Cornelius Leke Alonge who came third in the challenge received a sum of thirty thousand naira (N30,000), while the second position, Taiwo Osuolale received a sum of fifty thousand naira (N50,000) and Tobi Ogunyemi who was unavoidably absent won a sum of one hundred thousand naira (N100,000). As promised, the winners were given opportunity to act in the latest movie of TRECOM titled Aderounmu.

 

 

In his victory speech, Taiwo Osuolale disclosed that “At first, I didn’t perceive this coming. I want to thank TRECOM worldwide for giving us the chance to do Melita challenge. It’s also great and challenging to pick out just two minutes video out of the whole four parts of Melita movie. It’s just a privilege and I want to appreciate everyone who participated in the challenge, I pray more grace to all in Jesus name. Melita movie is a tool for end time evangelism. I want everyone to check on the movie on TRECOM Tv and I’m very sure you will love it.”

 

Speaking with Gospel Film News correspondent, Cornelius Leke Alonge noted that “One day I just stumbled on it on Facebook and I saw Melita Challenge. Actually, I love the movie, so, I decided to try it out and I looked for a scene where I love the message and I felt that even if I don’t win something this is a powerful message that at least people should see. I saw someone that was terrible in the movie and God gave him a second chance and I decided do something, I know a lot of people will want to participate, so I tried and after trying I saw a lot of entries that make me know that people are very creative.

 

“I even lost hope of winning something until when winners were announced and I was privileged to have third place in the challenge. I want to say thank you to TRECOM, thank you to everyone, the judges and everyone that made this possible, it’s a great privilege and I want to say to other people that submitted entries that every entry was creative. In fact, I don’t know how the judges arrived at their decision because I know it must be very tight. Melita is a powerful movie and there was excellence in the making of the movie. I encourage everyone to watch the movie, there are lots of messages in it. I’m surprised that some people have not seen the movie. This is a movie that everyone should see. So, I encourage everyone to go see it on TRECOM YouTube channel and I’m very sure you will be blessed.
