The Sword of Excellence Drama-Film University sets for 24th Basic, Advanced Courses

The Sword of Excellence Drama-Film University, The SEDU is set for another academic session which is the 24th Basic and Advanced Certificate Course in Christian Drama and Film Production Arts.

 

This was contained in a Release issued by the University on Monday and signed by the Chancellor, Paul-Esupofo Oriade.

 

The Release revealed that the academic session will start on 6th of August and end on 15th August, 2021 at The Twin Art Institute, Onireke GRA, Ibadan.

 

It was also gathered that courses such as Script writing, Acting (stage/screen), Directing, Producing, Video Editing, Script Supervising, Production Management, Cinematography plus Lighting, Sound/Music Production, Production Design, Makeup/Costume/Props Management, Smartphone Filmmaking, process, Life Management amongst others will be taught at the Drama-Film university.

 

The training cost Twenty-five thousand Naira (N25,000) (highly subsidized)which is equivalent to Fifty US dollars ($50) and Forty Pounds (£ 40). Esupofo noted that the training cost covers for Tuition, Feeding, Practicals and Accomodation.

 

He further stated that lecturers at the university are anointed -professionals in media field and they include Femi Otta (Director of Studies), Gloria Folashade Abraham (Registrar), Grace Oriade (Admin), Emmanuel Sanyaolu (H.O. D Arts) and Olufemi Abraham (Technical).
