Osogbo Drama Crusade Is Awesome, A Platform That Has Been Blessing Lives, Says Jide Ogunmilade, Toyosi Akinya At Day Four Of The Crusade

Popular gospel Actor, Evangelist Jide Ogunmilade and gospel music artiste, Toyosi Akinya have agreed that the Osogbo Drama Crusade is an awesome programme and a platform that has been blessing lives.
Both icon said this at the day four of the Osogbo Drama Crusade during an interview session with Gospel Film News. Osogbo Drama Crusade is an annual open door programme that has been running uninterruptedly for twenty-three years. This year edition which started on Monday is holding at Nelson Mandela Park, osogbo, Osun State.
In an exclusive interview session with Gospel Film News, one of the guest artistes, Toyosi Akinya, A.K.A ‘Ibukun ni funmi’ who has been a regular guest at the Osogbo Drama Crusade revealed that the drama crusade is God’s altar, God ordained and a platform that has been blessing lives, empowering widows, and less privileged, saying the programme is God’s business and God is backing them up.
“I want to say that this should just continue till eternity and I pray that even when the organizer is old, his children will continue it, it’s a very good programme and it blesses me too,’ she stated.
While commenting on the programme host, Pastor Abraham K. David, the gospel musician said the organizer is a genuine man of God, and a man of vision. Akinya revealed that a lot of things supposed to have discouraged the organizer but he is focused and continue with the programme. “He is a man of vision, he has eagle’s eyes, he sees beyond what is happening around him, and he has heart of love. I celebrate him greatly,” she concluded.
For his part, Jide Ogunmilade noted that he can say the convener, Abraham K. David is one of the fathers, mentors in ministry, saying the programme is awesome, and really give God the glory that there is a programme that is dedicated solely for drama, though music is coming in but they are all coming in just to brace the drama.
“Drama is the main thing, that’s why it is called drama crusade, so it gives us joy. I told someone that the first time daddy did the big billboard, I was so excited that is it drama that was elated like this? I was so excited in my spirit about what God is doing, I really blessed God, and it’s awesome,” he added.
Life transforming ministration in drama and music were also done to bless lives. Grace Line drama ministry, Ede, God’s Love Towards Sinners Drama Ministry, Osogbo, Shepherd Evangelical Drama Ministry, ile-ife ministered on the title ‘Asiri Nla’, Evang Toyosi Akinya led people to God’s presence via praises, Ijo Bukky did a wonderful eulogy, ANCEDRAM Osogbo chapter, Phineas Generation Drama Ministry led by evang. Jide Ogunmilade staged a play entitled ‘crossing to the other side,’ while Evang. Oke Ibukun Abigael led another round of undiluted praise and Pastor (Dr.) James Atanda crowned it with prophetic utterances.
