Without mincing words, it was indeed a moment of restoration as notable gospel female actor and movie director, Evangelist Adenike Aderemi-Fashikun hosted women, ladies at the 7th Women Restoration Conference hosted by End-Time Sisters’ Conference International, ESCOM.
The conference tagged ‘Beauty For Ashes’ Conference is themed ‘Arise and Shine’ and started on 8th to 10th July, 2021 at Redemption Camp, Mowe, Ogun State.
During the conference a Nigerian female gospel singer, Bola Discovery and her team alongside Shayo Orodele and his team led the congregation to the throne of grace via inspirational praises. Series of prayer session on restoration, re-dedication amongst others were prayed. There was prayer walk on the last day around 5:30 am. At the conference was cutting of cake to mark the 7th Women Restoration Conference, Prophetic Prayer Walk and different life-transforming teachings, deliverance, healing, seminar, fire prayers, Empowerment, Prophetic walk and lots more.
Aside spiritual messages, there was also an indepth health talk where participants’ understanding were opened to food that can cause damage to the body and food that can help health. The health facilitator, Mrs. Folu Olatunji who is a retired staff of World Health Organization noted that most of the food people consume nowadays causes a lot of diseases such as cancer, and other health issues. She advised participants to feed more on organic foods.
The conference convener, Evangelist Adenike Aderemi-Fashikun disclosed that the programme is organized for women of all class ranging from Women in Ministry, Ministers wives, Married women, Singles, Single Parents, Widows, youths, etc.
In her message, Omolara Ayoola charged participants to be a blessing to people, noting that what believers have that they think is small is for somebody. “What you have and you think is small is to bless somebody. Be a blessing to people. If you want to shine you must also obey instruction. Your obedience is transportation to next level. It doesn’t matter if people have gone ahead of you,” she added.
For her part, Seyi Pedro-Adetola while speaking on ‘Shining in Tribulation’ stressed that tribulation is there to really expose what every child of God has on the inside, adding that she has not seen a Christian/genuine man and woman of God that has not experienced tribulation, saying If people listen to the story of great men of God people will hear their tribulation, yet they shine. Pedro-Adetola charged participants to wait on the Lord as God knows about their tribulation, as oppression could come in so many ways.
While ministering, Wife of RCCG Assistant General Overseer, Pastor Mrs. R.A Odesola encouraged women to be diligent, hard working and selfless. She stressed that women should work to support their husbands, discipline themselves, wake up early, and cut off unnecessary spending.
Celebrated Woman of God, Reverend Mrs. Funke Felix-Adejumo while speaking on the theme of the conference, ‘Arise and Shine’ told women to emerge, stand up, get up from the mistakes and failure of yesterday. FFK also charge them that they are not created to be small though society and culture would want to make a woman to be small. “Do not allow society to make you inferior. You are not inferior to anybody. God created you special. You are what you hear and look at. God did not create women to be inferior. Marriage or church should not demean you. God is very intentional about you. Be focused,” she added.
