The chairman planning committee of Lagos Drama Explosion, LADREX, Evangelist Muyiwa Adeyeye has opened up that the programme is designed to relate the mind of God concerning Nigeria to the general public.
Adeyeye who made this known recently in an exclusive interview with Gospel Film News noted that LADREX will help lead the nation back to God, adding that the Lord love Nigeria and His thoughts towards the nation are good to give the nation an expected end He has in mind.
“I know very soon Nigeria will become the pride of all nations of the world, everyone will struggle to come in and live in this country, and that is the purpose of LADREX”, he added.
LADREX will come up on 1st october, 2018 at Universiyty of Lagos, Yaba.
The committee chairman revealed that this edition of LADREX will be very unique as all preparations are on top gear.
He further stressed that :”This year is unique in a special way. Aside the major stage drama ministration this year there will be pantomime ministrations from three local unit. That is ikorodu local unit, Mushin local unit and LAGOS extension. Also this year the Apostle drama house of CACYOF UNILAG will be ministering in a short stage drama and there will be prayers for our nation.”
He reiterated that since there won’t be release of any movie this time at the team thought it necessary to give their brethren room to express their God given talent more.
The first two editions of LADREX according to Adeyeye witnessed the release of movies which were ‘Biotiegbami’ and ‘Akoni inu’ (inner legend) sequencially.
“We would have released another movie this year but because we are trying to raise the bar and produce something very good we have to move forward the shooting for the next Lagos State ANCEDRAM movie to later in the year so we are not releasing any movie at LADREX this year but just wait for it something very special is cooking in Lagos ANCEDRAM, I assure you it will be a block buster,” he affirmed.
He confirmed to Gospel Film News that the committee is 70% ready for LADREX by the grace of God
“LADREX is a program for the public and so all and sundry are welcome both goverment official, our honorary member and the general public are welcome,” he concluded.
