INTERVIEW: Our strategy for drama evangelism at motor parks- Seyi Pedro-Adetola
Gospel Drama in Nigeria seems to be taking a different shape these days compared to what it was known for. Gospel Drama/Film is invading the cinema like never before, enjoying premier in different parts of the world with large audience, among others. A new move soon start as Christ The Rock Media Communication is getting set to invade motor parks with Gospel Drama/Film in few days time. In an exclusive interview with Gospel Film News publisher, Oluwafemi Dosu, the leader of the ministry disclosed strategies they intend to apply in order to achieve the task ahead, and so on. Excerpt:
Taking drama to the garage, sounds somehow different from the norms, how do you intend to achieve this?
By the grace of God, we have discussed and taken permission from the garage leaders. They have permitted us to come. As God is protecting us, we are going there with some security aides too. I hope you understand the reason.
How many garages do you want to cover at a time?
One per time
Is your ministry collaborating with the garage owners to achieve this?
No. We are working together with a music minister who is part of us.l
How will you handle/nurture the souls that will be won at the programme?
God has helped us to locate a living church around the vicinity to handover the souls to for monitoring and follow up. The Pastor of the church will be fully on ground with us as well by God’s grace. Though we won’t sit back too but since it is not a denominational program. This we intend to do at every parks we visit; to locate a believing church first with passion for souls around wherever the place we intend to use.
What time is the programme going to start and which venue are you starting with?
By the grace of God, the programme will come up between 6pm-7:30pm on Friday, 18th January 2019 at Iwo road garage, EGBEDA/LAGOS UNIT 1, OPPOSITE TOTAL FILLING STATION, IWO ROAD, IBADAN.
Do you have plans to take such programme across garages in the country?
Yes, by His grace even across countries.
What other special features do you have in the programme?
Intense worship to the Almighty God.
