How and when did GACEM started?

GACEM (Glorious Ambassadors of Christ Evangelical Ministry) started on 21st Of March, 2003 at RCCG PEACE CHAPEL 23, OLOWO STREET,  Mushin Lagos.

How many members started with you and how many on ground now?

GACEM started with six members; Adeniyi Famewo, Ronke Adediran, Bunmi Taiwo, Kehinde Fadipe, Titilayo Awe and Lekan Oguntimein

Are you the first president of the ministry?

Yes, the visioneer and president (Adeniyi Famewo)

You started on stage, why have you not remained on stage alone. Why did you divert into film making?

GACEM FILMS productions started around 2004. God gave us a conviction us to sow one of our cherished script to TRECOM ministry worldwide. When we approached Daddy Kolawole Okeowo to share the vision God gave us, he said He will pray about it after a year, he responded that God had confirmed the vision, that was how “IBINU AKONI” written by Adeniyi Famewo and produced by TRECOM. However, Film production in the ministry is as a result of total obedience to God’s instructions.

When did GACEM started producing film?

After the production of “IBINU AKONI” by TRECOM, GACEM produced her own first  film titled “AYEDERU” (the Counterfeit)  in the year 2006.

How many films have you produced so far?

This organization so far, has produced 13 full length films 8 of which has been released into market , and 20 short movies

What are the challenges you encountered In the last 16 years and how did you overcome?

Our Challenges are too numerous to list but God has been faithful. to mention just a few of them; the fact that most of our members just finished SSCE and gaining admission into various universities made it difficult to have enough hands on deck to handle various demands of the organization. I also gained admission the same year the ministry started which made the day to day running of the organization more difficult.

Money was another challenge for the organization we had lots of programs but didn’t have enough resources to run them.

How to get members commitment to God’s instructions to fund our films and not sourcing for help from outside the organization it was really tough because we were all practically students at that time.

Outings/ministration that one wasn’t easy at all, such that most times we had to lap ourselves to ministration and contribute for our transport to and fro, and there were little or no honorariums.

What is the lineup of event for the 16th anniversary?

16th activities shall include the following

* 3 Drama out reaches, I remember those days that GACEM often organized DRAMA out reaches, sometimes we do monthly Drama outreach TITLED: DRAMA DAY

We believe that if you don’t invite us to minister in your program, we will organize DRAMA outreach,

* Also, GACEM will released 3 movies this year as part of her 16th year anniversary Celebration.

What is your projection in next few years?

Finally,  all Glory and adoration to God Almighty the holder of our lives and destiny, our help in ages past.
