KNOWING THE WILL OF GOD

So many young sisters and brothers always ask the question on how to know the will of God . Some will ask how to know when God is directing or showing them his will ?

It is easy to know the will of God when you know God personally. You know your earthly father or parent without any introduction because you grew up with them ,you have relationship with them . You know when they are angry or happy with you .

When my children were very young ,and we are out to greet someone or to play in a friends house,they always knew their boundary or limitation by just seen my face . I did’t need to talk before they behave well because they knew the implication if they misbehave or fail to get the sign . It is the same with our God. When you sincerely give your life to him by accepting the Lord Jesus as your Lord and savior There must be a relationship between you and God because. He is your heavenly Father who sent you to this world through your earthly parents .You are a spirit being because your heavenly father is a spirit and you have been with him before your father and mother came together sexually and your mother was conceived and gave birth to you.

God told Jeremiah in Jeremiah 1:5 KJVS[5] Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.Job 10:10-13 KJVS[10] Hast thou not poured me out as milk, and curdled me like cheese? [11] Thou hast clothed me with skin and flesh, and hast fenced me with bones and sinews. [12] Thou hast granted me life and favour, and thy visitation hath preserved my spirit.

Your Father in heaven is a spirit and He knows everything about you. He is the beginning and the ending and there is no limit to His understanding . That is why you need-to know Him for direction in life and to lead you to the right marriage partner. Only God can do this for you, not your parents or your pastor because they are not God .They can counsel, or advise you. They can also pray for you but they have no power to dictate or tell you the right and the perfect will of God for your life .That is why the bible says in Proverbs 18:22 ,Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing , and obtaineth favour of the Lord .Proverbs 19:14. House and riches are the inheritance of fathers: and a prudent wife is from the Lord .

Only God can enable you to find a good wife and also cause you (the woman) to be foundIt is therefore very important to know your God personally by given your life to Jesus ,the son of God who came to deliver us from the hand of the devil. You must submit to his Lordship. and your spirit will be transformed . Remember you are a spirit being ,you only put on the body. When you give your life to Jesus ,your spirit which was dead because of sin will receive life of God which Jesus came to give every mankind and your spirit will be alive to hear from God That is what it means to be born again and to become a child of God.

You will hear God through your spirit that has been transformed Romans 8:14. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.Jesus is the light of the world . When you have him ,you will not walk in darkness. He will be there to guide and to lead you through his word as you call on him and follow him John 1:4,9,11-12 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. [9] That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. [11] He came unto his own, and his own received him not. [12] But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:My testimony: I was born into a muslim family and I grew up where nothing is said to us about Jesus being the savior of the world . But as God will have it ,my brother ,the first born of my mother gave his life to Jesus and he took us to church to hear the word of God . I gave my life to Jesus after the preaching of the pastor . The pastor asked us to come to the altar if we wanted to accept Jesus which I did. We were prayed for and we stated coming to church .But I remember I did not stop coming out for prayer every sunday whenever Pastor call out for people to give their live to Christ ,until one woman asked why i used to always come out for altar call . But I think i just wanted to be sure of my salvation . God used the woman to assured me of my salvation since i have accepted the Lord and that put an end to it.

I was then in primary school and a young muslim girl . Given my life to Jesus opened my eyes to know my heavenly Father ,and he has never fail since. I talk to him on everything including my lapses and failure . He fought my battles (both. Physical and spiritual) while growing. I would have died and destroyed by witches and familiar spirit but this father always shield me from their arrows . He warned me against fake and evil people . He told me when it was time to have husband even when no one seems to understand me . He is your Father too and, when you know him and you walk faithfully with him, he will lead and guide you to choose the right marriage partner.

LET US PRAY
Before we continue the message ,we need to pray on the message we heard yesterday ,(KNOWING GOD ), We saw from the message that it is very important to have a relationship with our Heavenly Father by accepting His gift to the world ,the Lord Jesus and you will become his child John 1:12 KJV
[12] But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
You will be transformed and become a new man and you will be born again . The spirit of Christ will begin to teach you and to direct your life . Your life will not be wasted as you receive his direction and you will not grope in darkness
