By Oluwafemi Dosu An icon is identified by impacts made in his or her generation. Evangelist Solomon Alaba Oluwaferanmi has not only made impact in the drama/film industry but has left a tremendious impact even in his family.
The popular actress, Evangelist Idowu Oluwaferanmi who happened to be his wife testified to this. In an interview with Gospel Film News, Idowu Oluwaferanmi disclosed to us that she so much cherished her husband to extent that she call him Lord, adding that she never goes on film location without the consent of her husband and he never stop her from pursuing her dream.
Evang Solomon Alaba Oluwaferanmi is undoubtedly an anointed script writer, graced film producer, powerful prayer man, excellent and spirit touching word evangelist, and an authoritative deliverance minister.
This minister of God has featured in many gospel films in Nigeria. He has played major and significant roles in some popular films including Mount Zion TV series, ‘House on Fire’, ‘Abejoye part 2’, among others.
Evang Solomon Alaba Oluwaferanmi was born into the family of Mr Aransi Abifarin and Mrs Ifaronke Amori Abifarin on the 6th of September, 1964 in his hometown: Lakinde village, Lagelu local government, Ibadan, Oyo State.
He gave his life to Christ in the year 1986 and joined Gospel of Freedom Church, Ile emope, Koloko area, Ayekale, Ibadan. He was discipled and nurtured into a matured and vibrant heir of Christ. He served faithfully and wholeheartedly in the church under the leadership of the Holy Spirit through Pastor Ezekiel Olusola AJANI.
He served as the youth president and the first drama coordinator of the church. He actually started the drama group based on the revelations God was showing him then, unknowing to him that God was telling him about his calling as a drama minister.
He got married to the then Miss Idowu TIJANI on the 7th of September 1991. He later got a mandate to leave the church and Power of His Resurrection Ministries was birthed in the year 1996. He is the president of Power of His Ressurection Drama/Film Ministry.
He is joyfully married to Evang Elizabeth Idowu Oluwaferanmi and are blessed with greatly divine children.

“Magnify the Lord with me as my husband clocks 54 years today. Olowo ori Idowu, I don’t have enough word to really describe you but my life will forever be grateful to God that you are MINE.
You are a child of ALMIGHTY, a Minister of YAHWEH, an Encourager, a good Counselor, an Example of BIBLICAL husband, a Spiritual Leader, a loving and supportive father, both in and out, you are a heavenly minded. I appreciate your life oluwa mi. God will keep you for me, a o ba ara wa pe o. Happy birthday.”
