He who knows not Mike Bamiloye either by name, face or through his ministry, Mount Zion is probably a stranger or still a lad.

His face has starred many films both home and abroad. He is a Nigerian film actor, dramatist, producer, director, evangelist, founder and president of Mount Zion Faith Drama Ministry and Mount Zion Television.

‘The Mount Zion man’ as some people call him has written, produced and directed countless films.

Mike Bamiloye is a practical leader par excellence, an icon of success, a symbol of excellence, spiritual example, soldier of Christ, mentor to the core, father to many, well respected in the nation and abroad, the list is endless.

In the whole world, there is no gospel outfit that has released films as much as Mount Zion Faith Ministries.

Some of the films he has written, produced or directed are the Haunting Shadows, Agbara nla, Ide Esu, Back to zero point, beginning of the end, Blood on the altar, Night of tribulation, Waiting for the Prince, One Careless Night, The Forgotten Ones, The Ultimate Power, The Foundation, Broken Pitchers, Wounded Heart, Captive of the Mighty, Shadows of death, Asise Nla, Apoti Eri, The Gods Are Dead, Esin Ajoji, The broken pitcher and recently Abejoye, Last Man Standing,  house on fire, family next door, among others.

It may shock you that despite all his achievements, this man is down to the earth.

Mike was born on April 13, 1960 at Ilesa, a town in Osun State southwestern Nigeria. He was trained at Divisional Teachers’ Training College at Ipetumodu where he began his career. He founded Mount Zion on August 5, 1985. His debut drama, titled Hell in Conference was staged at the National Christian Teachers Conference in 1986 at Ilesa in Osun State. He has featured, produced and directed several Nigerian films over the years.

He is married to Gloria Bamiloye, a Nigerian film actress and evangelist, with children (Damilola, Joshua and Darasimi Mike-Bamiloye).
