A previous report by Gospel Film News reveals that his father, pa. David Akintunde Olosunde who is a hundred years old and his mother, Madam Comfort Mojereola Olosunde, who is well over 70 years are both from Idiko Ago in Oyo State. Both parents are trustworthy Christians and bonafide members of Baptist Church.

He wrote:
“This is another one of those years, dad. One of those years when I’m ejected back to the reality of time and brought to reminisce on the noteworthy time we spent together. One of those years when I remember your faithfulness to your family and your due diligence to God.

“One of those years when memories of your love and care sprawl over my heart religiously and I can’t seem to wrap my head round any other scenario. ,One of those years when I thank God for your life and how much you are invested in the growth of those around you.”

He therefore appreciated his father for being a Godly example – not just for him but for the others – both old and young.

“Your delightful parenting has surely helped us do more than we expect”. Thank you for all you do, my Father. I love and cherish you. Happy Father’s Day to You. Pa. David Akintunde Ọlọṣunde (Young David),” he said.
