Gone are the days where it is widely believed that all drama ministers are full time, drama ministers now include professionals in other field of endeavours who combines their profession with drama ministry blessing many souls through their act on stage and screens. Gospel Film News brings to you the second list of drama ministers who ply other trades apart from Drama:
Opeyemi Akintunde
Opeyemi Akintunde is an Actress, producer, Director and Writer, she has acted in several blockbuster movies and written many soul touching classics, Opeyemi Akintunde has a great followership among the youths and adult who enjoys her great writing skill. The creative actress is the Managing Director of Deepthots ministry international.
Sumbo Segun-Okeowo
Sumbo Segun-Okeowo popularly known as SSO, the wife of the extraordinary filmmaker, Kolade Segun-Okeowo, to many is only an actress, producer and editor, but this Ile Ife born mother of five is not only an actress but also a seasoned educationist and proprietress of Goldmind Schools situated at Simawa, Ogun State, a stone throw from the popular Redemption Camp.
Ayoola Olugbenga
Ayoola Olugbenga popularly called SMH is a lovable and talented actor who has printed his name in gold in gospel film world, he has featured in films like Bosom Fire, Abejoye, Akobi Laaroye Tenant in Hell to mention a few, he is well recognized for his acting prowess, aside acting, Ayoola Olugbenga SMH is also a movie director and script writer and a professional Event Photographer with the signature ‘SMHPhotography’.
John Oguntuase
John Oguntuase, the CEO of 2nd Touch productions, he is one of the youthful and energetic Actors cum Director in the gospel film industry, he plays very well the role of bad guy in movies, the graduate of English Language from Lagos State University is a Digital Marketing and Social Media Executive and also the Creative/Art Director of Inspire Wears. The film he directed and produced won two international awards in United States.
He is into Branding, MULTIMEDIA PR AND TRAINING too.
Fiyinfolu Okedare
Fiyinfolu Okedare is one of the gospel actors that interpret role convincingly, he came into limelight when he featured in Kolade Segun-Okeowo’s film, The Fall of A Thousand, after which he has featured in other films like ‘Stalkers’, ‘Gbemi’, ‘The Ladder’, ‘Atanda Onilu’, ‘Laide’s Note’ and several other short films.
Fiyinfolu is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Information Systems Auditor. He currently works as an Information Technology (IT) Auditor in one of the leading Energy Companies in Nigeria.
Omolara Ayoola
Ayoola Omolara as fondly called PMH is unarguably one of the popular faces in the gospel film Industry, a graduate of Mass Communication from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma has featured in A-list films, the beautiful actress ia also a Sexual Purity Ambassador, she ministers to singles through her Foundation, named WALL FOUNDATION, an NGO cum ministry set up to raise ladies of worth and character. she is also a TV presenter and Voice Over Artiste. She won an award as best actress this year at Gospel Film Festival. PMH is married to Olugbenga Ayoola SMH. A professional photographer, a gospel actor and a director.
Moses Makinde
Moses Makinde to many is only known as the first National President of All Nigeria Conference of Evangelical Drama Ministers (ANCEDRAM), Actor and director, the ace actor combines other trades aside film making, Baba Makinde as fondly called is also a seasoned Educationist and an Agriculturist.
Finest Uwaoma
Finest Uwaoma is an actor, producer and director, he is currently the National Director of Publicity of All Nigeria Conference of Evangelical Drama Ministers (ANCEDRAM), he has directed countless numbers of Stage Productions and films like the award winning film titled: ‘Born in the Evening’, ‘TRISCH’, ‘The Duet’, ‘Money Marriage’ and ‘The Ultimate Destination’ to be premiered Feb 2020.
Finest also lectures in the Department of Theatre arts, University of Maiduguri, Borno State.
Remi Bamgboje
Remi Bamgboje is a renowned actress and preoducer, the alumnus of Mount Zion Institute is a Marriage Counselor, she preaches gospel to homes especially among women, she is also the CEO of Vicky Winner International, a company that deals with production of customizing bags and purse as souvenirs for various events.
Muyiwa Adeyeye
Muyiwa Adeyeye is an actor of long standing, a graduate of English Language from Lagos State University, the easygoing actor is an Event Planner with D’touch Events and an Immigration officer with the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS).
