Drama Ministers Fasting and Prayer Day 21: When The Anointing Departs Unannounced

DRAMA MINISTERS YEAR OF OVERFLOWING EXPANSIONS
“WHEN THE ANOINTING DEPARTS UNANNOUNCED”
Judges 1619-21 KJV
[19] And she made him sleep upon her knees; and she called for a man, and she caused him to shave off the seven locks of his head; and she began to afflict him, and his strength went from him.
[20] And she said, The Philistines be upon thee, Samson. And he awoke out of his sleep, and said, I will go out as at other times before, and shake myself. And he wist not that the Lord was departed from him.
[21] But the Philistines took him, and put out his eyes, and brought him down to Gaza, and bound him with fetters of brass; and he did grind in the prison house.
The key statement in all of these verses above is: “…And he did not know that the Lord had departed from him.”
So he rose up from his sleep and went out like the other times to face his enemies, but the Philistines took hold of him, and seized the opportunity of his departed strength and powers, and quickly plucked out his Eyes of Vision and threw him into perpetual darkness.
THEY WERE ABLE TO DO ALL THESE TO HIM, BECAUSE HIS HEAD HAD BEEN SHAVEN AND HIS POWERS AND STRENGTH HAD LEFT HIM.
The moment the seven locks of his head were shaven, the next we heard was that “…and his strength went from him’ and then we knew that “…the Lord had departed from him.”
But his confession of the Great Secret was that…there had never been a razor coming upon his head…that his hair had never been shaven….that he had been a Nazarite from the womb of his mother and if his hair is shaven, then he would become weak and be like any other woman.
AND AT WHAT TIME DID HE LOSE ALL THESE RIGHT AND PRIVILEGES?
AT WHAT TIME DID HE LOSE HIS STRENGTH AND POWER?
AT WHAT TIME DID HIS POWERS AND STRENGTH DEPARTED FROM HIM AND BECAME LIKE ANY OTHER MAN, THAT COULD NOW BE BOUND AND AFFLICTED AND TORMENTED?
The Moment the Seven Locks on his head were shaven off, he lost all the Rights and Privileges of a Nazarite. AND THE LORD WITHDREW FROM HIM.
Hear what King Solomon said:
Ecclesiastes 9:7-8 KJV
Go thy way, eat thy bread with joy, and drink thy wine with a merry heart; for God now accepteth thy works.
[8] Let thy garments be always white; and let thy head lack no ointment.
You can enjoy your Right and Privileges and eat your bread and drink your wine and be merry in your heart in the presence of God who would consistently accept your Offerings AS LONG AS YOUR GARMENT IS WHITE AND YOUR HEAD LACK NO ANOINTING.
But all those Rights and Privileges ceased in the life of Samson when his Anointing dried off upon his head.
SO THE LOCKS OF HAIR UPON HIS HEAD WAS THE ANOINTING WITH WHICH HE HAD BEEN ANOINTED FROM THE WOMB TO SAVE AND DELIVER THE NATION OF ISRAEL FROM THE HANDS OF THE PHILISTINES…..the same way God told Jeremiah he had been anointed, sanctified and ordained as a prophet to the nation from the Womb (Jeremiah 1:5)
When Samson was frolicking with ladies of easy virtues and was coming out of the brothel to still perform great wonders,.. The Locks of Hair on his head were still intact. When he was getting out of one marriage and entering into another one and still slaying the Philistines with the jawbone of an ass, the Seven Locks of hair were still on his head. But, the day the locks of hair were removed was the exact time the Lord departed from him and he became another man.
SADLY, HE WOKE UP AND THOUGHT THE LORD WAS THERE BUT THE LORD WAS GONE FROM HIM.
HE WENT OUT TO PERFORM HIS MINISTERIAL DUTIES AS USUALLY, BUT THAT DAY HE WENT OUT AND NEVER CAME BACK….the shield protecting him was no longer there….His protector had left him. HIS ANOINTING HAD BEEN REMOVED…SUDDENLY, UNANNOUNCED.
He went out to fight and was caught, bound, afflicted and blinded. Then, he was taken to Prison House to be grinding grains and pepper. THE SAVIOR HAD BECOME A SLAVE…
THE ANOINTED HAD BECOME THE HUNTED.
THE DELIVERER HAD BEEN DELIVERED INTO THE HANDS OF THE ENEMIES.
This is what The Lord God said about David:
Psalm 89:20-23 KJV
[20] I have found David my servant; with my holy oil have I anointed him:
[21] With whom my hand shall be established: mine arm also shall strengthen him.
[22] The enemy shall not exact upon him; nor the son of wickedness afflict him.
[23] And I will beat down his foes before his face, and plague them that hate him.
As long as the Anointing of the Lord is upon your head, the hand of the Lord shall continually strengthen you over your enemies.
As long as the Anointing of the Lord is upon your head, the enemies shall not prevail upon you…and the sons of wickedness shall not afflict you. As long as the anointing is upon your head, your enemies will always be beaten down before your face, and shall continually be plagued…..
SO IT WAS THE ANOINTING OF GOD THAT WAS STILL UPON SAMSON THAT MADE HIM TO BE BEATING DOWN ALL HIS ENEMIES.
….BUT THE DAY THE ANOINTING WOULD LEAVE HIM…IT LEFT HIM SILENTLY….AND EXPOSED HIM UNDEFENDED BEFORE HIS ENEMIES.
HE BECAME AN ORDINARY MAN.
All the exploits you are still able to do now is the Presence of the Anointing upon your head….You are a Nazarite from God.
All the ministerial adventures you could still embark upon now…all the sound health you can still enjoy…..all the moment of victories you can still see around you…..
All the many movies you can still shoot now and the powerful messages you can still preach around despite all of your flaws and constant blunders is because you still have the Locks of Hair still intact upon your head.
All the honors and privileges accorded you in many places…all your successes in ministry and academics and in your careers and professions as a child of God, are all the benefits of the ANOINTING OF GOD UPON YOUR HEAD…
BUT THE ANOINTING LEFT SAMSON WHEN HIS CUP OF SINS AND SPIRITUAL IMMUNITY WAS FULL.
THE ANOINTING LEFT HIM WHEN HE HAD CONSISTENTLY ABUSE THE GRACE OF GOD UPON HIS LIFE.
HE HAD TOYED WITH SINS AND IMMORALITY FOR SO LONG AND HE DID NOT KNOW WHEN THE GRACE OF GOD EXPIRED UPON HIS LIFE AND THE ANOINTING LEFT UNANNOUNCED.
You have been living in immorality and you can still sing till people are brought to the feet of Christ….
You are still sleeping with a lady you have not married and you can teach brilliantly in the Sunday School….
You are so fraudulent in your office and you have been cheating your bosses and superiors and yet you are still leading the prayer meetings and still prophesying and interpreting the tongues accurately…
You have been called out of your career and professions into the service of the Lord, you have refused the Lord’s call for all these five or seven years and still you are still living in peace and your home and family is still happy and joyful….
BECAUSE THE LOCKS OF HAIR ON YOUR HEAD ARE STILL INTACT….
As a woman, you have not taken care of your husband, but have been leaving him alone for a long time, preaching and teaching the word of God about, while your husband suffers a lot of emotional neglect…
You have been jumping from five-star hotels to exquisite Guest Houses as you are been hosted by great ministries and ministers all around the world, while your husband stays alone at home been cooked for by house maids and cousins and nephews…suffering in loneliness and neglect, while the anointing of the Lord heal and saves wherever you are still going….
BECAUSE THE LOCKS OF HAIR ON YOUR HEAD ARE STILL INTACT….despite the fact that you have neglected your primary duties as a wife and mother.
BUT…BUT…THE DAY THE CUP OF SIN IS FULL AND THE GRACE IS EXPIRED…THE LOCKS OF HAIR WILL BE REMOVED WHILE YOU SLEEP IN SINS AND THE ANOINTING WOULD LEAVE UNANNOUNCED…YOU WILL BECOME LIKE ORDINARY MAN…
Then, the Philistines you have been defeating before will turn round to defeat and prevail upon you….then…the Sin you have been enjoying before will no longer appeal to you…(Delilah would have collected her wages and left).
MY PRAYERS:
May all these never happen to me.
May all these never happen to me.
May the Grace and Mercy of God never expire upon my life. .
BUT…GET OUT OF YOUR SLEEP BEFORE THE LOCKS OF HAIRS ARE REMOVED BY SIN.
GET UP FROM THE LAPS OF SIN BEFORE SHE SHAVE OFF YOUR ANOINTING AND LEAVE YOU EXPOSED TO THE ENEMIES.
IT IS HIGH TIME YOU STOP LIVING IN SINS WHILE YOU CARRY THE LORD’S ANOINTING….LEST THE ANOINTING DEPARTS UNANNOUNCED.
