Bola Akande Writes Open Letter to Husband on 29th Wedding Anniversary, Says He’s Never Threatened By Her Achievements

Nigerian- UK Based gospel filmmaker, Bola Akande has written an open letter to husband, Kola Akande on their 29th Wedding Anniversary.

In the letter, the filmmaker stated that her husband, Arisekola Kola Akande is a great man with a large heart, selfless and God fearing man who is never threatened by her achievements but cheer and encourage her to do more.

Gospel Film News gathered that Akande revealed that Kola gives her peace of mind and freedom to do whatever she believes God is asking her to do.

She further noted that “You are a great father to our children and a great lover to me. Running the ministry has not been cheap but you understood the fact that God never owes anyone and he owns everything we have, so the projects in HPGM and other Ministries I coordinate are both achieved by both of us even though people see me more.”

Bola Akande who is also the daughter of late legendary Nigerian actor and filmmaker, Ishola Ogunsola popularly known as ‘Isho Pepper’ stressed that her husband is not perfect like any human being but very good at correcting any identified issues, saying he has made these past 29 years blissful because he loved God first, then loving her was easy.

“I salute you sir, I celebrate you and pray that God our Father will keep both of us together waxing stronger in love and serving our maker as we eat the fruits of our labour in Jesus’ name. Congratulations to us my lovely husband. Here is to many more years of peace, happiness and togetherness. Akanmu olowo ori Omobolanle,” she said.
