Immanuel Drama Ministry, Canada Holds 2022 Drama Week, Premiere Latest Movie

One of the impactful and excellent drama ministry in diaspora, Immanuel Drama Ministry, Canada has held her 2022 Drama Week and Premiered hehe Latest Movie titled ‘Serpent.’
Gospel Film News gathered that this year’s Immanuel Fellowship ‘2022 Drama Week’ started on Friday August 26, 2022, with a power-packed drama workshop. The workshop was well attended by many Drama Ministers from other local churches in Winnipeg in their capacity as members of the Christian Drama Ministers Association of Canada. The Drama Week Organizing Committee chairman who is also the coordinator and president of the Christian Drama Ministers Association of Canada, CDMAC, Evangelist Ebenezer Adesola Fatimehin disclosed to Gospel Film News in an interview session that the first lecture was delivered by Rev. Sunday Akin Olukoju, the Pastor in charge of Immanuel Fellowship Drama Ministry where he highlighted the good, humble, godly, and hardworking qualities of a good Drama Minister as well as the Godly expectations from ideal Drama Ministers.
According to him, Reverend Olukoju further explained the difference between a drama minister and an actor, saying the former serves to glorify God and redeem the lost, while the latter is about self-glory and personal gains.
The second lecture was delivered by respected movie producer and actor, Evangelist Gloria Bamiloye. In her detailed lecture, she highlighted the various ways of moving the church movie production to the next level. She encouraged all the Drama Ministers at the workshop to continue to do the works of the Master with full commitment and dedication. She also congratulated all the members of Immanuel Drama Ministry including the Drama Leader, Evangelist Ebenezer Fatimehin and his assistant, Evangelist Vera Keyede and the church pastoral leadership under Revds. Deborah and Akin Olukoju.
It might interest you to know that the latest movie of Immanuel Fellowship Drama Ministry, IFDM was premiered on Saturday August 27, 2022, as part of the concluding highlight of the 2022 Drama Week. The church’s latest movie titled “SERPENT” was shot in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and edited in Nigeria by Evangelist Femi Abraham of ABC Production Company. The movie script “Serpent” was written by Sunday Akin Olukoju and directed by Emmanuel Osagie. The movie is now available to viewers worldwide on Immanuel Fellowship Drama Ministry YouTube channel. The premiere was attended by over 600 people. Over twenty percent members of the audience were attracted to come out and watch a Christian movie for the first time because of a radio interview on the premiere.
The Drama Week was concluded with a thanksgiving service on Sunday August 28, 2022, with all the Drama Ministers singing, dancing, praising God and full of thanks to the Almighty God for the success of the Drama Week.
